Kriaritsi
“Kriaritsi” is the largest construction
project in Northern Greece, which
was designed and is implement-
ed by Grekodom Development. The
project is situated on Sithonia - the
middle small part of the peninsula
of Halkidiki. In this unique existing
in nature place, it is planned to build
more than 3000 households, as well
as create a complex infrastructure,
including marinas, restaurants, hotel
